General terms and conditions

Federica Lanari (henceforth also “seller”) offers for sale, on www.federicalanari.com products and carries out its business of electronic commerce exclusively towards its end users who are “consumers “.
When we speak of “consumer ” we refer to any natural person acting on www.federicalanari.com with purposes not related to their business, commercial or professional business, possibly carried out. If you are not a “consumer”, please refrain from concluding commercial transactions on www.federicalanari.com.
If not, the seller will have the right not to take into account purchase orders from non-final consumers and any other purchase order that is not in conformity with the general conditions of sale and these general terms of use.

1- Intellectual property right
All content of the site is protected and safeguarded by existing rules on copyright and industrial and/or intellectual property. As an example, but not exhaustive, the content of the site must be intended as:

• Logos
It is strictly prohibited any reproduction, alteration, transmission, publication and/or redistribution of the content of the site without the express written permission of Federica Lanari, subject to the printing activities, downloads and visualizations of the Content of the site made for purely personal and non-commercial purposes and provided that the content is in no way altered and maintained the information relating to the intellectual and industrial property rights therein affixed.
Federica Lanari makes it known that it is absolutely forbidden to use all the distinctive signs in the ownership of Federica Lanari.

2- Terms of sale
This document shows the general conditions of sale and payment on-line through the website corresponding to the domain name www.federicalanari.com with ownership and management of Federica Lanari, with registered office in Via De ‘ Gandolfi 14/A, Bologna (C.F. LNRFRC88R51A944K; P. IVA 03533401208) and REA BO No. 529868.
These general conditions, subject to any derogations specifically agreed in writing, govern the relationship between Federica Lanari and the customer, consumer or professional, in accordance with the provisions of part III, Title III, chapter I of the Code of consumption, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, and D. LGs. No. 70/2003 in the field of e-commerce.
The language available to conclude the contract with the seller is Italian/English.

3- Pre-contractual information for the consumer
The customer before the conclusion of the purchase contract, takes into account the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product sheets, at the time of choice.
Prior to the validation of the order with payment obligation, the customer shall be informed of:
-Total price of goods including taxes, with the details of shipping and any other costs;
-Method of payment;
-The deadline by which Federica Lanari undertakes to deliver the goods;
-Conditions, cost terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 9 of these conditions) with the right to download the relevant withdrawal form;
The customer may at any time and in any case before the conclusion of the contract, get acquainted with the information related to Federica Lanari, the geographic address, telephone number and e-mail address.

4- Subject of the contract
With these general conditions of sale, Federica Lanari sells and the customer buys from a distance the movable tangible goods indicated and offered for sale on the site www.federicalanari.com. The contract ends exclusively through Internet, through the client’s access to the address www.federicalanari.com and the realization of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
The regular forwarding of the order will be subject to the view and acceptance by the customer of these general conditions of sale and in particular of the pre-contractual information, by affixing of flags in the appropriate box, The outcome of the on-line compilation of the order.

5- Conclusion of the contract
The contract concluded between Federica Lanari and the customer must be understood to be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Federica Lanari and, in any case, except good end of the relative payment.
Once the online purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order in which the customer’s data, the order number, the goods purchased and the relative price, the methods and shipping costs, as well as the address of delivery to which the goods will be sent and the link to be able to print and archive the copy of the order and these conditions.
Federica Lanari may not accept the purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of the products.
In these cases, Federica Lanari will inform the customer that the contract has not been concluded and that the seller has not followed the purchase order.

6- Availability of products
The availability of the products refers to the actual availability when the customer makes the order. Such availability must, however, be considered purely indicative as:
-The products could be sold to other customers before the order confirmation, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of several users,
-There may be a computer anomaly that makes it available to purchase a product that is not really.
Also following the sending of the e-mail confirming the order sent by Federica Lanari, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, the order will be rectified automatically with the elimination of the product or the products not available and the customer will be immediately informed by e-mail; with this e-mail the customer shall also be informed of the modalities and timing of reimbursement of the sums eventually paid in excess.

7- Guarantees and originality of the product
All products sold through the site are covered by the seller’s warranty for defects in compliance lasting 24 months provided that the defects are reported within 2 months of the discovery, as provided by D. Lgs. No. 206/2005. The warranty applies to the product which has a defect in conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in compliance with the instructions for use and washing indicated on the label. In case of lack of conformity, Federica Lanari will, without charge to the customer, restore the conformity of the product by repair/substitution. If, as a result of control by Federica Lanari, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged any verification and recovery costs, where applicable, as well as the transport costs incurred by Federica Lanari. The repair or eventual replacement of the defective product will be made by the seller within the maximum limit of 14 days. In cases where the application of the guarantees involves the restitution of the product, the same must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete with eventual documentation and accessories. Refer to the section “Returns and refund mode”. The seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standard offered on the market.

8- Sizes and fit
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.federicalanari.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.federicalanari.com may not correspond to the real ones as a result of the Internet browser and the monitor used.

These general terms and conditions of sale are made up of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more of the provisions of these general conditions of sale is deemed invalid or declared to be such under the law, the regulation or as a result of a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions They will continue to have full vigor and effectiveness.

13- Italian law
Users who access this site agree that all issues relating to the use of the federicalanari.com Web site are governed by the Italian state’s current law.
Any dispute that does not find a friendly solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer, if located in the territory of the State.
If the customer is resident outside the Italian territory, the Bologna forum will be competent.
In any case, the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010 may be used optionally to resolve any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these Terms of sale.
Federica Lanari does not warrant in any way that the content of the site complies with the regulations in force in other countries.
