SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipments
For our shipments we rely on NEXIVE Express courier and/or SDA courier.
The delivery of the order will be made between 3-5 working days following the confirmation of the order; The shipment of orders is free and remains at the expense of Federica Lanari.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of your order.

Right of return and termination
In accordance with art. 52 D. Lgs. No. 206/2005, the customer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, in terms and in the manner indicated in the following articles.
To exercise the right of termination, the customer must fill in the request form made in the section Orders and send it to Federica Lanari at the e-mail address: info@www.federicalanari.com within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, with respect to which the right of termination is exercised.
Once the aforementioned notice of termination has been received, the instructions on the return modalities will be quickly communicated to the customer.
The returned product must arrive to Federica Lanari within 14 days of the notice of termination from the customer.
The right of termination shall apply only to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise recess only on one or more parts of the product purchased.
The return may be requested only by the same owner of the order and made at the same address used for the shipment.
The product purchased must be returned intact, not used, washed or otherwise altered, complete with all its parts, equipped with the control tag related to it, the logo and washing labels and internal composition to the garment, and in the original package (including packaging as original boxes and tissue paper, and eventual accessory material), complete with the annexed tax documentation. The packaging must be carefully sealed with adhesive tape in all its sides and openings to prevent leakage, tampering and/or damage to the products inside.
It will be borne by the customer responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products.
The shipping costs related to the return of the product are borne by the customer; in case of restitution outside the Italian territory the customer is also responsible for any import fees and other incidental expenses.
Without prejudice to any costs of restoration for damage made to the original packaging, Federica Lanari will reimburse the customer the amount already paid for the purchase of the product within 14 days of receipt.
The customer decays from the possibility of exercising the right of termination, for lack of the essential condition of product integrity (or packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Federica Lanari ascerses:
- Also partial use of the product and any accessories;
- The lack of the original packaging;
- The absence of integral elements of the product;
- The absence of the tag attached to the product or the logo or washing and composition labels affixed to the garment;
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of termination are not complied with, the customer shall not be entitled to reimbursement of sums already paid to the seller. Within 14 days of sending the email with which the non-acceptance of the return will be communicated, the customer may choose to regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller, giving notice to the seller, and according to the modalities that will be communicated. If not, Federica Lanari will be able to retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
Return and Refund mode
The customer can request the return of any product within 14 working days from the date of delivery by accessing their profile and entering the area “Orders”.
Will have to select the article that intends to return, complete the form in all its parts (click here to download the termination form) and send it to Federica Lanari at the email address: info@www.federicalanari.com
Once the request is sent, you will receive an email containing the documentation in order to proceed with the return and its instructions.
The reimbursement will be made as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, however no later than 14 days after the receipt of the items by Federica Lanari.
Please read carefully at the above paragraph the conditions under which the returned product and its original packaging must be made, so that the refund is accepted.
The shipping costs related to the return of the product are borne by the customer; In case of restitution outside the Italian territory the customer is also responsible for any import fees and other incidental expenses.
The refund will be by bank transfer to the bank details that the customer must indicate through the return form.
Forms of payment
Credit card
At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system.
Credit card security
All transactions are processed through secure servers, guaranteeing customers maximum data protection.
Customer service providers are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or extremes of validity thereof.
Federica Lanari will in no way be held liable for the fraudulent use of credit cards by the customer.
Charge on Credit Card
As soon as the order for the available merchandise is confirmed, Federica Lanari will proceed to debit the credit card. The total amount will be charged to the customer according to the customer’s agreements with his bank.
Paypal
By choosing the payment by Paypal the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account.
Federica Lanari reserves the right to cancel the order in case of payments from non-verified Paypal accounts.
Federica Lanari will not be held responsible for the outcome of payments made on-line by credit card or PayPal.
Bank transfer
By choosing the payment by bank transfer, together with the order confirmation email, the customer will receive Federica Lanari’s bank details on which he can make the transfer, pending which the ordered goods will be put aside. The customer will be obliged make the transfer within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation.
If within this period Federica Lanari will not receive the payment on the bank account, the order will be cancelled.
Prices
The prices published on the website federicalanari.it, the payments and the invoices of the orders are in EURO and include VAT.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
In the event of a computer error, manual, technical, or any other kind that could lead to a substantial change, not foreseen or expected by Federica Lanari, of the sale price to the public, which makes it exorbitant or clearly insignificant, the order Purchase will be deemed invalid and cancelled and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation.
